Why I Started E3 Ops
I’ve worked for several global companies and visited plants, suppliers, and operations across the world. Despite differences in size, industry, or culture, most organizations struggle with the same set of issues. Individual contributors are promoted into leadership roles without development. Strategy becomes difficult to execute. Leaders aren’t failing from lack of effort—they’re drowning in noise, firefighting, and bad systems.
That noise also prevents higher-level leaders from spending real, focused time building their management teams. So the problems compound. And eventually, when the chaos starts hitting financial results, consulting firms show up to “help.”
